YOUR ROLE
As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of work on site to ensure it is carried out safely, in compliance, and efficiently.
Specifically, your main responsibilities include:
- Structuring activities, sequencing work, and continuously adjusting based on field constraints.
- Allocating workforce, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring compliance with required ratios, and maintaining operational discipline.
- Ensuring plans and specifications are followed, verifying work compliance, and correcting deviations.
- Enforcing standards, preventing risks, responding quickly to issues, and promoting a strong health and safety culture.
- Validating time sheets, reporting variances (schedule, productivity, compliance), communicating with the project manager, and participating in coordination meetings.
